Talk-A-Phone and ComNet announce the completion of interoperability testing

NILES, ILLINOIS (January 9, 2012) – Talk-A-Phone Co., a leading supplier of emergency communications and mass notification solutions, has worked with ComNet Communication Networks of Danbury, Connecticut to test interoperability with a variety of ComNet fiber optic Ethernet media converters and Ethernet EoVDSL products.

ComNet offers a range of network solution products that are interoperable with Talk-A-Phone’s VOIP-500 Series Phones. “The outcome of the interoperability testing has been very positive,” said Alek Kireyenka, Marketing Manager, Talk-A-Phone Co. “Leveraging solutions from both ComNet and Talk-A-Phone offers a robust level of performance and reliability.”

Talk-A-Phone and Interlogix announce the completion of interoperability testing

NILES, ILLINOIS (January 9, 2012) – Talk-A-Phone Co., a leading supplier of emergency communications and mass notification solutions, successfully completed interoperability testing with the International Fiber Systems (IFS) transmission, fiber optic and Ethernet products from Interlogix. The IFS TT/TR3000 Series (-T variant) Touch-Tone Telephone Digital Interface from Interlogix now works with Talk-A-Phone’s analog ETP-400 Series Phones. The IFS range of network products is also interoperable with Talk-A-Phone’s VOIP-500 Series Phones. Interlogix is a part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security Systems, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).
