Ms. Dolores Stafford served as the Chief of Police at The George Washington University in Washington, DC for 18 years and she has 26 years of experience in the law enforcement and the security industry. She spent a total of 23 years in Campus Law Enforcement at the George Washington University, Butler University and Bucknell University.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Mansfield University and has a Master's of Science Degree in Education from Bucknell University.

Robert Shanes has been Vice President of Sales for Talk-A-Phone for nearly 20 years.  He has spoken at numerous events and associations including the International Association of College Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA), the International Parking Institute (IPI), the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS), the Government Security Expo and Conference (GOVSEC), and several others.  Robert has extensive knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Jeanne Clery Act, and other areas of expertise in the physical security field.
