The  web interface is not showing any information and/or is not saving changes.

Recent updates to Mozilla Firefox has broken our compatibility.  There are 3 possible solutions to this issue.
1.  Use IE compatibility mode in Microsoft Edge.
2. Install an older version of Firefox
3 Use an alternate browser that mimics older internet explorer, such as SeaMonkey

There are two network ports on the VOIP-500/600 which one should I be using?

The network port on the right hand side, labled RJ45 PoE WAN is the primary port and must be connected.  
The secondary port RJ45 LAN works like a small switch port passing data, and can be used to share the connection or for configuration

 

How do I factory reset a VOIP-500/600?

With the device completely powered on, locate the small blue button in the upper left of the circuit board, hold for about 10 seconds.  The device will reboot and load to the factory defaults.
